History of Internet

Here is a video of the VERY beginnings of the internet and its development, but to talk about it in details is too much.

Timberners-Lee who was working in CERN, scientific institute, in 1989 wrote the suggestion of "Information Management". His boss red his suggestion, and on one of the corners it wrote "stupid but exciting" suggestion. That is the text that had the concept for "World Wide Web" That's how the first web site ever, info.cern.ch, was made in 1990.

In January, 1993 there were 130 web sites, and in December 233 but three years later in 1996 there were ALREADY 100,000 web sites. As the web sites grew, people thought of making Internet Browsers. The first browser was Netscape. At first web sites were just some links and text. Yahoo was one of the most popular portals, and it corporated with BlackRub(now known as Google)

Blogs

First blogs were made in 1994-5 and there were mostly personal web sites, something like dairies example Opendiary.com These blogs weren't very popular back than, until in 1999 Evan Wiliams(director of Twitter ) announced the platform blogger.com witch is now property of Google. That helped people to publish details from their lives on their blog.

Rockers It’s Dangerous

Rockers is a 1978 Jamaican film by Ted Bafaloukos. Several popular reggae artists star in the movie, including Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace, Burning Spear, Gregory Isaacs, Big Youth, Dillinger, and Jacob Miller.

Rockers was originally to be a documentary but blossomed into a full-length feature showing the reggae culture at its peak.

In this film, the culture, characters and mannerisms are authentic. The main rocker Leroy "Horsemouth" Wallace, for example, is shown living with his actual wife and kids and in his own home. The recording studios shown are the famous Harry J Studios where many roots reggae artists recorded during the 70s including Bob Marley. Samples of the film's dialogue were used in the early 1990's jungle track, "Babylon" by Splash. The Jamaican Patois spoken throughout the film is rendered with English language subtitles for a foreign audience.

Welcome to the Gunship Elite. Sorry to rush you out of training school, but we have full confidence in your abilities. You are fighting for the future of our cultures and the heritage of your Arikhan warrior ancestry. The Alliance is being invaded by the Sektar and their bloodthirsty allies, the Morgoths. While for years we have held them, their numbers are wearing us down. We must take the offensive soon. That is where you come in...
Bang! Gunship Elite is an action game where you shoot a lot of enemies all by yourself, in the vein of Wing Commander or Freespace, but with the action turned up and tactics turned down. Add spectacular graphics, lots of "power-ups" (dropped by dead enemies or left in space by your supply ships), and you have a pretty good looking shooter. The game is mouse driven with keyboard inputs for things like speed and weapon selection. The plot is your typical "fight against all odds" story.

WoW-Wrath Of the Lich King

WRATH OF THE LICH KING
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King is the second expansion set for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) World of Warcraft, following The Burning Crusade. It adds a substantial amount of content to the game world, including the continent of Northrend, home of the titular Lich King. It was announced on the first day of BlizzCon 2007, August 3, 2007.Wrath of the Lich King was released on November 13, 2008, selling 2.8 million copies within the first 24 hours of availability. This makes it the fastest selling computer game of all time, beating the record set by the previous World of Warcraft expansion The Burning Crusade, which sold 2.4 million within its first 24 hours.

NORTHREND
Northrend is a crescent-shaped continent in northern Azeroth. The continent is roughly half the size of the Eastern Kingdoms, but is expected to match Outland in length and width. Although Northrend is known for its snow and ice, developers stated that only parts of the continent will be frozen over.Northrend will feature ten zones with content for levels as low as 68, though players may travel to Northrend at any level.Players will land by boat either at the Howling Fjord or the Borean Tundra zones, located at opposite ends of the continent, when they first arrive. Howling Fjord is home to evil half-giants called the Vrykul as well as Utgarde Keep, the first dungeon to be described in the expansion. The Dragonblight and Grizzly Hills zones are located in the southern central part of the continent, and the ursine Furbolgs reside in the forested Grizzly Hills. The Dragonblight features graveyards of dragons who came to die. Wintergrasp will be the first completely player versus player (PvP) zone in World of Warcraft, even on player versus environment (PvE) servers. The Forsaken and their Banshee Queen, Sylvanas, have also arrived with a new contagion that they hope will prove to be effective against the undead minions of the Lich King. The Forsaken are seeking vengeance for being subjected to Arthas's magic. They have recently created a settlement called "New Agamand" in the Howling Fjord. The magi of Dalaran have also relocated to Northrend to deal with the rising threat of the Blue Dragonflight and Arthas. The city of Dalaran will function as the neutral sanctuary city for the continent, similar to Shattrath City in Outland. Dalaran is levitating at great heights but can be accessed by either foot (via a gem that will teleport the player) or flying mount.According to Blizzard game designers, Arthas Menethil and Ner'zhul, combined as the titular Lich King, is the main focus of the entire expansion.
DEATH KNIGHT
The Death Knight is the first announced Hero class for World of Warcraft. Death Knights, according to Blizzard developers, will be able to fulfill the tank and DPS roles sufficiently. Death Knights can use plate armor and new rune weapons like Runeswords and Runeaxes, but they cannot use shields. According to an interview,[citation needed] a Death Knight's summoned pets will be temporary and only last a short amount of time, however death knights can choose to specialise to make the pet permanent and give them full control over it.Players who purchase Wrath of the Lich King will be able to create one level 55 Death Knight on the realm they have a level 55 character on. Players who already meet this requirement will be able to create Death Knights at launch; others will be able to create one as they level to 55 on their other characters. Newly created Death Knights will begin with a full arsenal of spells and abilities. Both the Alliance and Horde factions will have access to the class, and death knights may be of any race.Instead of relying on rage, energy, or mana, the Death Knight will use a new combat system: runes, which will be displayed under the player portrait. The Death Knight has two of each rune available for use and after they are used they enter a ten second "cooldown" period before they can be used again. With specific talents the Death Knight can also turn their runes into Death Runes which can be used as any of the three separate runes. The Death Knight will also require an additional resource called Runic Power to cast some of their more powerful spells. Runic Power slowly builds up during combat and will decay over time when out of combat.
